Our Approach to Patient Safety
Throughout the pandemic, Spine Plus has prioritised the safety of patients and staff while continuing to provide essential musculoskeletal care. We followed all government and professional body guidelines and introduced enhanced hygiene measures across all our clinics.
Measures We Put in Place
- Enhanced cleaning between every patient appointment
- Disposable paper roll on treatment tables, changed after each patient
- PPE worn by all clinicians during hands-on treatment
- Hand sanitiser available throughout the clinic
- Staggered appointments to reduce waiting room occupancy
- Well-ventilated treatment rooms
- Option for video or telephone consultations where appropriate
Prefer a Video or Telephone Consultation?
An online (telephone or video) consultation can be a convenient alternative to attending in person, allowing us to:
- Discuss your symptoms
- Offer advice, including demonstrating self-help techniques
- Prescribe rehab exercises (including sending you video clips of exercises)
- See how you are moving and performing exercises
- Discuss any scan results
- Refer you for appropriate imaging at specialist centres such as MRI scans and X-rays

Please do not attend your appointment if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other respiratory illness. Contact us and we will rearrange your appointment without charge.
