In most cases, simple sprains and strains respond well within just 1 to 3 sessions. For more complex or long-standing issues, some patients choose to attend intermittently, as and when symptoms arise, to help manage their condition.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I park at or near the clinic?
Yes, we have a designated patient parking space on the forecourt outside the clinic, plus free street parking locally in St Barnabas (except weekdays 2pm to 3pm) and metered parking a short distance away on Snakes Lane East.
What other conditions do your osteopaths treat?
Our osteopaths help with joint pain, muscle tension, neck issues, sciatica, headaches and postural strain. We also work with patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as tendinopathy (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and more).
Can you refer me for an MRI scan?
Yes. We work closely with several MRI centres and can organise specialised spinal sequences and MRI reports from specialist radiologists.
Is treatment covered by insurance?
Many private health insurers cover osteopathy and Shockwave therapy, and some cover IDD Therapy. We can provide invoices for reimbursement; contact your insurer to confirm eligibility.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We aim to offer appointments within 48 hours. You can book online or call us directly to find a time that works best for you.
