How frequent are the massage treatments you recommend?
This depends on your situation. Recovering from an injury or a build-up of tension usually means once, sometimes twice a week for a few weeks, dropping to a maintenance session once a month or every two months. You're equally welcome to book ad hoc, there's no pressure into long or expensive sign-ups.
Will you try and sign me up to lengthy and expensive courses of treatment?
